About Me: Hi! I’m Sarah. I am open-minded and ready to walk this journey with you, no matter where you start or end up. I want to motivate you to become aware of your own abilities, choices, and strengths, in order to find solutions for yourself, and confront the feelings, thoughts or behaviors you aren’t happy with. I am a mother to three “dragons”, and married to my high school sweetheart for the past 13 years. I am an outdoorsy, sweet tea addicted, garden plant killing, a dog person. I don’t judge, but I will challenge you, and I don’t assume, I ask. I’m loud, I laugh, I have tattoos, and I operate from a place of empathy, understanding and zero judgment.
