We all deserve to experience becoming our most healthy and vibrant self. Through our work together I aspire for you to move towards that reality and gain a deeper knowledge of self. I am currently in my final year clinical mental health counseling master’s student at Liberty University. Before my graduate studies, I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a special emphasis on crisis and trauma counseling. As an intern at The Wakeful State, I am working under the supervision of Katy Alaniz, LPC. In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking, cooking, camping, and being a hockey mom to my two kiddos ages 12 and 14.
