About Me: 

Hello! My name is Sierra and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate under the supervision of Katy Alaniz, LPC-S. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. By combining Adlerian and Person-Centered therapy, I walk alongside you to provide a safe space where you can explore who you truly are, ensuring that your past trauma doesn’t get to define your future. Along this deep exploration, I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you look at the thoughts and patterns that keep you feeling stuck, giving you tools to quiet your inner critic. In my spare time, you can find me playing video games, lost in a new book, listening to music, hanging out with friends, or catching the opening weekend of a new Marvel movie 🙂
