My name is Monique Wike, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate, supervised by Jett C. Roberts, LPC-S. Some losses are invisible—like the loss of safety, identity, belonging, or the future you once hoped for. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like no one fully understands what you’re carrying. Whether you’re navigating ongoing trauma, religious deconstruction, or ambiguous and disenfranchised grief, therapy can offer a space to gently explore your inner world, reconnect with your core sense of self, and move toward healing at your own pace.

I use a gentle, Internal Family Systems–informed approach, integrating EMDR and nervous system regulation. This allows us to work with different parts of you — especially those carrying pain or working to protect you – while building a deeper sense of self-trust, stability, and compassion.
